Abbas Tajudeen, Ph.D, has expressed shock and deep pain over the death of the Group Chief Executive Officer of Access Holdings Plc and founder of HOW Foundation, Dr Herbert Wigwe, CON, and others in a helicopter crash in the United States. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has provided details on the tragic helicopter crash that led to the death of the Group Chief Executive Officer of Access Holdings Plc, Herbert Wigwe, his wife, son, and other crew members onboard. The NTSB is an agency charged by the US Congress to investigate every civil aviation accident and significant accidents in the other modes of transportation across the United States of America.
