Peter Obi Visits Schools in Kaduna, Donates ₦5 Million to Support Education

ABUJA (PRECISE POST) – The presidential candidate for the Labour Party, Peter Obi has visited Kawo Al-Majiri School in Kaduna, and donated the sum of five million naira , where he had previously donated ₦15 million to improve facilities as he continued his educational support efforts on Tuesday.

During his visit, Obi inspected the ongoing projects at the school, including a borehole and newly constructed toilet facilities. He expressed his satisfaction with the progress and emphasized the importance of ensuring the proper use of funds for educational advancement, Obi stated this on his verified X account on Thursday.

To further support the school’s continued efforts, Obi announced an additional ₦5 million donation, bringing his total contribution to ₦20 million. He also noted the addition of a mosque to the project, reinforcing his commitment to enhancing educational opportunities for all.

Obi’s visit also included a stop at the Mohammed Sambo Memorial Islamic Institute, where he praised the school’s dedication to education and pledged continued support in the future.

In his statement, Obi reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to education, highlighting it as a priority in his vision for a new Nigeria. “Our children are the future, and I am dedicated to ensuring they receive quality education that will empower them,” he said.
