ABUJA (PRECISE POST) – Ahead of the 2027 general elections, the Kefas/ Tinubu Support Network has begun mass mobilisation of grassroots voters to ensure landslide victory for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the State Governor Agbu Kefas across the State.
The Co-Convener of the network Dr David Kassa disclose this in Jalingo during a courtesy call on the Director General of Governor Agbu Kefas Campaign team.
Kassa noted that the network was created to take the campaign to the grassroots and mobilise meaningful support for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and His Excellency Dr. Agbu Kefas, President and Governor respectively, as well as all other APC candidates in the 2027 elections.
“Sir, this visit marks the beginning of what we hope will be a strong and productive relationship with the Campaign Council. Our special focus is on young people and women. They are critical to the political strength of any society, and we believe their energy, networks and participation must be deliberately organised for the political task ahead.
“Our plan is to build a credible structure across the 16 local government areas; engaging communities, promoting voter awareness, communicating the programmes and achievements of our administrations, and mobilising support in a peaceful and responsible manner. Already we have Local Government Coordinators across the state who are driving this initiative in their communities.
“Sir, we are therefore seeking three things from you today: your guidance, your support and your confidence in us. Give us the opportunity to work, and we will give you the commitment, discipline and grassroots energy required to make our contribution count” he said.
The DG campaign council for Governor Agbu Kefas, Rt. Hon. Danladi Baido commended the group for their initiative and pledged to work with them for the victory of President Tinubu, Governor Agbu Kefas, and all APC candidates in the 2027 election.
“I have confidence in your group and I will support you. I am happy that two of the conveners, Hon. David Ishaya and Hon. Gara Nongha are also part of the campaign council so it makes it easy. You are automatically part of us and anything we are doing you will be part of it.
“I want to assure you of my support. I thank you for identifying with the campaign council and we will work together.”
The DG commended Arc. Benjamin Danjuma Gani for donating campaign vehicles to the group, saying such support will not go unnoticed.
“We will write officially to appreciate him for his generous support to the campaign.”
He tasked members of the support network to be active on social media in selling the Governor Kefas to the people at grassroots, but warned against abusing people on the social media
He enumerated the achievements of the Governor in education, security, health and Agriculture and urged the people of the state to vote for Kefas in 2027.
