ABUJA (PRECISE POST) – The Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Sunday Kelvin Aneke, has inspected ongoing infrastructure and development projects at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), Kaduna.
A statement posted on the official X handle of the Nigerian Air Force on Sunday said the CAS was received by the Commandant of AFIT, Air Vice Marshal AK Ademuagun, who briefed him on the various projects being undertaken across the Institute.
The visit, according to the statement, underscored the Nigerian Air Force’s commitment to improving the quality of training, education and learning facilities at AFIT.
It said the initiative was aimed at providing an enabling environment for students and staff to thrive, while equipping future airpower professionals with the knowledge, skills and capabilities required to respond to contemporary technological and operational demands.
Precise Post recalls that the NAF said the development of AFIT remained part of its broader efforts to promote innovation, professional excellence and enhanced human-capital development within the service.
