ABUJA (PRECISE POST) – Emotions ran high at the headquarters of the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) as management and staff gathered to honour Mr. Zakka Steve Ayuba, who formally retired after 32 years of distinguished service.
Mr. Ayuba bowed out with dignity and honour, closing what many described as a remarkable chapter in the Authority’s history, the statement released Sunday on the official X handle of NMDPRA @NMDORA_Official stated.
Until his retirement, he served as Director, Office of the Authority Chief Executive, a role colleagues said placed him at the very heart of the institution’s leadership engine room.
The colourful send-forth ceremony was marked by warmth, tributes, and deep appreciation for a man widely regarded as disciplined, meticulous, and unwavering in his commitment to institutional excellence.
