They also urged prospective candidates and fans to rely only on official platforms belonging to Africa Magic and Big Brother Naija for information regarding the audition process.
“False claim of payment for Big Brother Naija auditions. Any communication requesting payment related to Big Brother Naija auditions is false and should be disregarded,” the statement reads.
“Big Brother Naija auditions require no payment, and remain free, fair, and accessible to all eligible Nigerians. Rely only on the official Africa Magic and Big Brother platforms for accurate information about Big Brother Naija.
“We appreciate your continued support and enthusiasm, and urge everyone to remain vigilant against misinformation.”
The organisers recently announced that the auditions for the 11th season of BBNaija is scheduled to commence on May 22.
They also disclosed that this year’s audition process will be in person, adding that interested participants must register between May 16 and 20 to qualify.
The organisers further added that after registration, successful applicants would receive a confirmation email for the physical auditions scheduled to be held from May 22 to 24 in Lagos, Abuja and Enugu.
