ABUJA (PRECISE POST) – Abia State Governor Alex Otti has expressed gratitude to former Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, following a courtesy visit to his residence that coincided with his birthday celebrations.
Otti, who took to his Facebook page on Thursday to thank Osinbajo, described the visit as a great honour and privilege.
According to Otti, the former Vice President’s words of encouragement and commendation for the administration’s efforts in Abia were deeply appreciated.
He noted that Osinbajo’s reflections on purposeful and people-centred leadership served as a reminder of the true essence of public service.
The governor acknowledged Osinbajo’s prayers, friendship, and mentorship, stating that the recognition of his administration’s reforms in welfare, infrastructure, and security has further strengthened his resolve to remain focused on delivering good governance.
Otti also extended appreciation to other guests, friends, and partners who joined in celebrating his birthday and offering their goodwill.
Precise Post recalls that reaffirming his commitment to the people of Abia, the governor pledged to continue working, with God’s grace and the support of Abians, to build a stronger, safer, and more prosperous state for all.
