Breaking! Fubara Fires Akuku Toru CTC Chairman, Appoints Bitebobo Amieye as Replacement

PORT HARCOURT – The Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara on Tuesday fired Hon. Barrister Otonye Briggs as Chairman of the Akuku-Toru Local Government Caretaker Committee, effective immediately.

Governor Fubara has also appointed Hon. Bitebobo Nelson Amieye to take over the affairs of the council.

He also directing Briggs to hand over all council properties in his possession to the new C.T.C chairman.
