Breaking: Rivers United, Angels pull out of Federation Cup contests

Rivers United have pulled out of the 2022 Federation Cup, few days after winning Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).

With the latest development, their opponents Dakkada FC are through to the next round of the competition without kicking a ball.

Also, Rivers Angel, the women version of the state-owned football club have also pulled out of the competition.
