Buhari Mourns Gambo Jimeta, Describes Him As A Man of Great Courage

Abuja (Precise Post) – has mourned the demise of former Inspector General of , Muhammadu Gambo Jimeta who passed on Thursday.

The President extended his condolences in a statement released by his his Special (Media and Publicity), Garba Shehu via his twitter handle.

The statement reads:

expresses sadness over the death of Muhammadu Gambo Jimeta, a one-time Inspector General of whose transition was announced Thursday evening.

Conveying the condolences of his and that of the government and people of Nigeria, the President describes the late crack detective as “a man of great , intellect and a true ,” adding that “Today, Nigeria lost a great son. He lived for the nation and served with all his strength.”
