Abuja (Precise Post) – Former federal lawmaker of the 8th senate at the red chamber, that represented Kaduna central senatorial dustrict, senator Shehu Sani has reacted to the comment credited to the minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi over the duration of repayment of China loan.
Precise Post recalls that Rotimi Amaechi had informed that Nigeria will repay the Chinese loan in the next 20 years.
Shehu Sani who noted that what it means is that Nigeria will be repaying this loan till 2040 said he hopes the infrastructure built with the loan would last fot two decades and beyond.
The Kaduna Senator reacted on Sunday when he took to his twitter handle @ShehuSani and tweeted thus:
“Paying back China loan in twenty years means by the year 2040. Those of you in your twenties now will be in your 40s then. We hope the infrastructures built with the loan will last for the two decades and beyond.”
