Court Sentences Bolanle Adefemiwa to 10 Years Imprison

Abuja (Precise Post) – Justice Muhammad Sa’idu Sifawa of  the Sokoto State High Court, sitting in Sokoto, on Thursday, 27 August, 2020  convicted and sentenced one Bolanle Adefemiwa to ten (10) years imprisonment, with an option of fine of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (N200,000.00).

The Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) disclosed this on Thursday via it’s twitter handle @officialEFCC.

According to the commission, Adefemiwa was arraigned on one-count charge of cheating contrary to Section 310 of the Sokoto State Penal Code Law and punishable under Section 311 of the same law.
