COVID-19: Lagos Confirms 57 New Cases on Tuesday as 146 Persons Test Positive in Nigeria -NCDC

Abuja – Lagos state Tuesday confirmed 57 new cases of COVID-19 patients as 146 Persons Test Positive in Nigeria, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has said.

This has brought the total number of confirmed cases to 4,787.

The centre disclosed this on Tuesday night via its verified Twitter handle.

It tweeted: “146 new cases of #COVID19; 57-Lagos, 27-Kano, 10-Kwara, 9-Edo, 8-Bauchi, 7-Yobe, 4-Kebbi, 4-Oyo, 3-Katsina, 3-Niger.

Others are 2 in Plateau, 2 in Borno, 2 in Sokoto, 2 in Benue, 1 in Gombe, 1 in Enugu, 1 in Ebonyi, 1 in Ogun, 1 in FCT, 1 in Rivers
This brings the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 4787.

However, 959 have been discharged, with 158 death recorded.
