ABUJA (PRECISE POST) – CSP Abdullahi Isa has been elevated and appointed the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Utako Division, FCT, after serving as DCO 1 in the same division.
His new role places him in charge of one of the most active police divisions in Abuja, where effective policing, prompt response, and public confidence are especially important.
He is expected to build on the experience he gained as DCO 1 and use it to strengthen community policing, improve operational efficiency, and sustain a visible police presence in the area.
His appointment is also expected to deepen engagement with residents, traders, transport operators, and community leaders in order to address security concerns early.
CSP Isa is equally known for maintaining a good working relationship with the media, which has helped promote open communication and better public understanding of police activities.
That relationship is expected to support transparency, timely information sharing, and stronger trust between the police and the public.
With his background and familiarity with the division, he is expected to bring steady leadership to Utako Division and contribute to peace, order, and improved security in the area.
