by Joy: News Admin

The Federal Government has confirmed a fresh start date for recruitment into major paramilitary agencies under the Ministry of Interior.

In a statement released on Thursday, July 17, the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire, and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) announced that the previously postponed exercise will now officially commence on Monday, July 21, 2025.

The recruitment covers the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Nigeria Correctional Service (NCoS), Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), and the Federal Fire Service (FFS).

Applicants across Nigeria can submit their credentials through the dedicated portal: https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng. The CDCFIB emphasized that the entire application process is free of charge, urging candidates to avoid unofficial websites or middlemen.

Interested applicants must ensure that all personal and academic details are correct and complete to prevent disqualification during screening.

The new date follows the suspension of the earlier June 26 launch due to “technical and administrative adjustments.” The government reaffirmed its commitment to fairness, transparency, and equal opportunity in the recruitment process.

Candidates are advised to stay updated by checking the official portal regularly and relying on credible news platforms for verified information.
