Governor of Nasarawa state, Engineer Abdullahi Sule has grieved over the demise of late Deputy Senate President, Ibrahim Mantu, described it as a painful loss and huge loss to the nation.
This was made known in a statement issued by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Mallam Ibrahim Addra, on Friday, in Abuja.
Governor Sule, while paying a condolence visit at the residence of the deceased former lawmaker in Abuja, described the late political titan as amiable, down to earth, a gentleman and a friend.
As part of the visit, the governor also signed the condolence register, praying to Allah to grant the deceased rahama and protect his family.
The Nasarawa state governor was received on behalf of the family by the son of the deceased, Musa Mantu.Follow Us on Social Media for Latest news
