Abuja – The former governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Seriake Dickson has lamented the spare of insecurity in the country, saying we are about to loose the Nigerian dreams and that we should not let it happen.
Senator Dickson stated this on Tuesday during plenary at the floor of the while contributing to the issue of insecurity raised by the Niger federal lawmaker, Senator Musa Sani.
Dickson said that state governors are helpless when it comes to fight against insecurity. He said that there is no way one man will sit in Abuja and control the entire country of over 200 millions people.
The Bayelsa senator said the problem is the issue of leadership failure and it should be looked into.
