Abuja (Precise Post) – The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has announced that 100 persons tested positive for COVID-19 in Nigeria on Sunday.
The agency which disclosed this via twitter said the ten states where these patients tested positive and number of cases recorded are as follows:
Lagos-39; FCT-22; Kaduna-19; Oyo-7;
Ebonyi-6; Edo-3; Katsina, Ekiti, Bauchi and Nasarawa – 1 each.
According to the report, the new Infections brought total confirmed cases to 55,005 out of which 43,013 have been discharged.
It further said that the death cases have risen to 1,057.
