A Nigerian man based in the United Kingdom, George Imafidon has won the Young Engineer Award in the United Kingdom.
Imafidon, a UCL Mechanical Engineering alumnus currently working with Sir Lewis Hamilton’s Team X44 electric racing team was recognised with the award by the Royal Academy of Engineering.
He was part of the five awardees who won a prestigious award and a £3,000 prize from the Royal Academy of Engineering.
