Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, side Ikorodu City have confirmed the departure of defender, Junior Christian, to Finnish side Kotkan Työväen Palloilijat.
Christian joined Kotkan Työväen Palloilijat on a two-year contract with an option of another year.
Ikorodu City announced the player departure in a statement on their X account.
“We’re delighted to announce the departure of Christian Junior, The centre-back joins KTP Kotka in Finland.” the club stated.
Christian featured in 28 league matches for Ikorodu City this season before his departure.
The young defender’s consistent display for the Oga Boys attracted the interest of the modest club.
