The ex international while speaking with gave hints that aiming to clinched a continental ticket for the team, he tries to have a good working relationship with his players to bring out the best in them.

“The goal for Enyimba this season is continental. We still have six more games to go. I am on national duty right now but my assistant is doing a good job to see how we could get the ticket, top most, we talk alot. It’s achievable and reachable. We will push and see how we could get there.

The synergy with my players is top notch. You know we have about fourty players and its quiet a difficult one managing adults with egos all trying to play. But I have handle it so far so good my way. wise we’ve given them the best. Some initially may not like it, but as time goes on they kind of adapt to it.

On my personal relationship with the players. It is quite fantastic. My way is always a quite one. I try to mix it up. Be so nice to the players, maybe eighty percent nice to them and twenty percent strict which at times the twenty is not even enough. But I hope to keep this working relationship good till the end of the season and hoping we get a continental ticket. If we can’t we work to see how we could get it next season.”. He concluded.
