Obasanjo and I Paid Off Foreign Debt for Nation We So Much Care For – Atiku

Abuja (Precise Post) – Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the 2019 general election, Atiku Abubakar has reminded how his boss, former President Olusegun Obasanjo and himself paid off entire foreign debt of Nigeria they both care so much for.

Atiku who said facts don’t lie, described their tenure between 1999 and 2007 as periods of national restoration.

The former Vice President disclosed this on his twitter handle account @atiku said he was proud of the work they did.

He stressed that Nigeria paid off her entire foreign debt while maintaining an unprecedented 6% annual GDP growth.
