ABUJA (PRECISE POST) – The Nigeria Demographic and Health Survey (NDHS) has released a report showing the states with the highestvaccess to clean drinking water in Nigeria.
The states, according to the NDHS, 2024 report are as follows:

2 🟣Ogun — 97%
3 🟠FCT (Abuja) — 96%
4 🟣Osun — 94%
5 🟢Anambra — 93%
6 🟢Imo — 92%
7 🔴Kano — 92%
8 🟣Oyo — 92%
9 🟣Ondo — 91%
10 🟤Rivers — 91%
11 🟤Edo — 89%
12 🟣Ekiti — 88%

All six South-West states appeared on the list of states with the highest access to basic drinking water in Nigeria, Lagos (98%) and Ogun (97%) are the top two nationwide.
