The Afrobeat singer ruled out any chance of reconciliation with Wizkid during a recent interview on Selah Meditate podcast.
The host had asked Seun whether he and Wizkid had resolved their differences. He responded firmly that the grudge would not end, particularly due to remarks made about his late father.
“I do not want to talk about that n***a, what is there to say? There is nothing to say about him It is on for life, I do not have an anything to say about but the grudge is on for life,” the singer said.
“You do not say things about my dad and then it is fine, there is no coming back from that.”
The tension began in January when Seun criticised Wizkid’s fanbase for what he perceived as disrespectful comparisons between the ‘Ojuelegba’ hitmaker and Fela.
He argued that such comparisons undermined his father’s legacy.
The conflict then escalated when Wizkid rebuked Seun in a series of Instagram messages laden with insults. He also declared himself greater than Fela.
Seun also responded, describing Wizkid as “short man”.
