Taraba ACReSAL Inspects Work on Gully Erosion Control Site, Commends Progress

ABUJA (PRECISE POST)  –  The Taraba State Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes (ACReSAL) State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) has inspected the ongoing gully erosion control project at Ndibam in Takum Local Government Area of the State , and express satisfaction with the pace and quality of the construction work.

​The inspection is intended to evaluate work progress, ensure adherence to engineering standards, and identify potential challenges on-site.

The ACReSAL communication officer, Emmanuel Njapriye disclose that the project is advancing according to specifications and noted that the contractor is fully mobilized, with heavy equipment and construction materials deployed on-site.

He detailed that earthworks, drainage structures, and foundation developments were progressing concurrently and in alignment with approved engineering specifications.

Residents of the community who spoke to correspondents hail the intervention, pledging their continued cooperation to ensure the project’s timely and successful completion.
