Nollywood actor, Uche Odoputa who tied the knots with the love of his life a few weeks ago has tendered his unreserved apology on behalf of himself and wife.
The 52 year old seasoned Nollywood actor via his Instagram page revealed that they know they didn’t do some things right on their wedding day, and they are sincerely sorry for it.
Odoputa also used same median to appreciate all who honoured their wedding in different ways.
He wrote, “My wife and I want to say a very Big thank you to All that made Our day a success,We also know that there are somethings we didn’t do right..we are only but Human please forgive Us, Our guest from all over the world, our parents/family, our sponsor, all our vendors Etc ..you all are wonderful and we love You All.#NgUc22.”
Recall that Uche Odoputa was close to becoming an A-list actor.
He had a huge fan base and was on the verge of becoming as prominent as the likes of Emeka Ike, Ramsey Nouah and Jim Iyke.
Unfortunately, he altered the course of his career. In 2007, he was arrested for trafficking drugs and subsequently, he was imprisoned for two years and three weeks.
The Orlu, Imo State-born actor, said he wasn’t making enough money and some individuals took advantage of his desperation and introduced him to the drug trade.
