Former President of the Senate, Dr Bukola Saraki has congratulated Aliko Dangote and his entire team on this extraordinary achievement of establishing 650,000 bpd capacity crude oil refinery.

Saraki said that the project, beyond its impressive scale, is poised to create numerous jobs, boosting economic development.

The former two-term Kwara State Governor disclosed this via his Facebook page with some pictures.

The statement reads in full:

It was an honour to attend the commissioning of the Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE in Lagos today.

The 650,000 BPD capacity crude oil refinery stands as the largest single-train refinery in the world, an achievement that amplifies the vision of the Dangote Group and its commitment to making a substantial impact on the African continent.

My dear brother, Aliko Dangote, continues to outdo himself with each venture, and this monumental accomplishment of Dangote Petrochemicals is no exception. This project, beyond its impressive scale, is poised to create numerous jobs, boosting economic development.

Congratulations to Aliko Dangote and the entire team on this extraordinary achievement! We look forward to witnessing many more milestones and triumphs in the journey to build a stronger and more resilient Africa.
