Kano State Governor Abdullahi Ganduje has been honoured with the Most Outstanding Governor of the Federation in the Management of COVID-19.
The award was presented by Nigerian Guild of Medical Directors at its international conference in Abuja.
Commissioner for Health Dr. Aminu Ibrahim Tsanyawa, who represented the governor at the ceremony, said Kano State invested a lot of resources in fighting COVID-19, noting the governor was committed to improving healthcare delivery services.
