Abuja (Precise Post) – The Executive Chairman of Isi-Uzo local government area, Hon. Barr. Obiora Chibuzo Obeagu, has enjoined Ndi Isi-Uzo to reflect on the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, which signified his undying love for humanity.
He admonished Ndi Isi-Uzo to love one another and be ready to make sacrifices for the wellbeing of others.
According to the statement signed by the SA Media to the, Simon Ede made available to Precise Post on Sunday, Honourable Obiora who stated these in his Easter message to the people further stressed that, “if love leads, banditry, insecurity and other social vices will cease in our midst”.
Hon. Obiora Obeagu indicated that he will soon launch a programme tagged, “My Neighbour Project”, which is aimed at improving the livelihoods of the indigent, vulnerable, poor, disabled and disadvantaged people in Isi-Uzo Local Government Area.
The Chairman wished Ndi Isi-Uzo and the good people of Enugu State happy Easter celebration.
