Abuja – The Nigerian Army has appointed Brig.-Gen. Onyema Nwachukwu as its new spokesman and Maj.-Gen. C. G. Musa as the new Theatre Commander of Operation Hadin Kai.
Until his new appointment, Nwachukwu was the Acting Director, Defence Information.
He also served as the Deputy Director of Public Relations at the Headquarters of the Theatre Command of Operation Lafiya Dole, now Operation Hadin Kai.
The seasoned Public Relations Officer is an alumnus of the University of Ibadan (UI) and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).
Maj.-Gen. Musa takes over as new Theatre Commander of Operation Hadin Kai, following the appointment of Maj.-Gen. Faruk Yahaya, as the new Chief of Army Staff (COAS). (Nation).
