Abuja (Precise Post) – The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control on Wednesday said that 348 persons tested positive for COVID-19 in Nigeria.
The update also showed that Lagos, the epicentre of the infection recorded 163 patients.
According to the Centre, the total of 11,166 COVID-19 cases have now been recorded in Nigeria since the index case in February.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has just announced that the record for the COVID-19 in Nigeria have risen to 11166. 348 new cases of COVID19 were recorded today.
Meanwhile, out of the recorded cases, 3329 patients have been discharged while 315 people have been recorded to have died of the novel virus.
The centre made this known via its Twitter handle.
