Abuja (Precise Post) – The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Wednesday gave updates on the COVID-19 report in Nigeria saying that 587 new cases of infections were confirmed across the country.
According to the NCDC, the total confirmed cases now is 17,735 while
5,967 patients have been treated and discharged with 469 deaths recorded since the index case in February.
Disclosing the report through its verified twitter handle, the health agency gave the state by state details of confirmed cases for Wednesday and for the 36 states since the outbreak of the pandemic respectively as follows:
