COVID-19 Update: Plateau Leads With 35 Infections as NCDC Confirms 143 New Cases

Abuja (Precise Post) – The latest released report for COVID-19 showed that Plateau state led the table with 35 infections as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control confirmed 143 new cases on Wednesday.

This new infections, the health agency said, has brought total confirmed cases to 54,008 out of which 41,638 patients have been treated, recovered and discharged from different isolation facilities across the country.

The report further said that 1,013 deaths have also been recorded in the country since the index case was recorded in February 27, 2020.
