ABUJA (PRECISE POST)  –  Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah, has said the state is transitioning from a place where products are merely bought and consumed to a hub where high-tech products are manufactured, assembled and exported.

Mbah stated this in a post on his official X handle on Monday while highlighting the significance of the Haitech Haier Global factory investment in the state.

According to the governor, the factory represents one of the most significant business investments hosted by Enugu State, as it brings the production and assembly of technology, electronics and energy products to the state.

He said the investment would go beyond production to create direct and indirect employment opportunities, provide technical training for young people and expand the productive capacity of the state.

Mbah further reiterated his administration’s commitment to creating a conducive and attractive operating environment for businesses, describing it as a key pillar of the state’s job creation drive.

He said: “When businesses invest and grow in Enugu, opportunities grow for our people.”
The governor concluded with the assertion: “Tomorrow is here.”
