Popular Nigerian activist, Rinu Oduala has slammed the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, calling him a pandemic.
Her reaction comes shortly after Mr Lai told journalists today in Abuja that the Lagos Endsars panel reports can not be relied upon and for a fact, it is fake.
