NCDC: 125 New Cases of COVID-19 Confirmed in Nigeria

Abuja (Precise Post) – The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has announced the confirmation of 125 new cases of COVID-19 infections in Nigeria.

The report released late Thursday night via it’s twitter handle has it that 13 states in Nigeria recorded varying number of cases as follows:

Lagos-42 ; FCT-25 ; Katsina-14; Kaduna-11; Kwara-8; Ondo-7; Delta-4; Anambra and Oyo -3 each; Edo, Ogun and Osun -2 each and Cross River-1.

The total now is 54,588
42,627 have been discharged as at the time of releasing the report.

The health agency also said that 1,048 lives have been lost to related complications since the index case was reported in the country on 27th Feruary 2020.
