NCDC Says 1,617 New Cases of #COVID-19 in Nigeria

Abuja (Precise Post) – The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced that 1,617 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded on Monday in Nigeria.

The announcement was contained in a statement via it’s twitter handle account.

The health agency said that the were recorded from 18 states including the FCT as follows:

FCT-102
Plateau-78
Edo-59
Ogun-53
Osun-45
Rivers-37

Nasarawa-34
Adamawa-33
Kano-26
Delta-20
Ebonyi-16
Bayelsa-11
Gombe-11
Borno-2.

The NCDC further stated that the have risen to 112,004 out of which 89,939 were discharged.

This is also as the Centre has informed that a of 1,449 lives have been lost to related complications since the was recorded on February 27, 2020.
