Nigeria’s COVID-19 Confirmed Cases Rise to 442 as 35 More Test Positive

Abuja (Precise Post) – Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Thursday night announced the confirmation of additional thirty-five Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases.

The centre said of the positive cases, nineteen were recorded in Lagos, nine in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), five in Kano, and two in Oyo

This brings the total number of confirmed cases to 442.

So far, 152 patients have been discharged and eleven deaths recorded.

According to NCDC, “As at 10:20 pm 16th April there are 442 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria. 152 have been discharged with 13 deaths”
