Buhari who made the call when he took to his twitter handle @MBuhari said the democratic experience of the last 20 years underscores the need for effective partnership and collaboration.
He reminded that his administration has a Nine-Point Development Agenda aimed at improving the livelihood of Nigerians within the next 3 years, and laying the foundation for the lifting of 100 million Nigerians out of poverty within the next 10 years.
