Abuja (Precise Post) – Chairman of Katsina United Football Club, Prince Abdussamad Badamasi, has charged the team to go all out with the aim of picking the maximum of 3 points at stake when they confront Visitors, Rivers United, as the 2020/2021 Nigeria Professional Football League Season enters week 8 across the country.
“You have had the feel of the playing turf which is your home ground should be able to acclimatise.
“Rivers United defeated us last season at Port Harcourt while we are unable to play the returning match due to Covid 19 pandemic.
“Now, it’s pay back time and also the time to redeem our image here in Katsina as anything short of three points is not acceptable by us.
“We have to remind ourselves of our promise, which I am sure you all still remember. Halfway, we have been able to pay the price, but we have to work harder to fulfil the promise”, Prince. Abdussamad stressed.
The Chanji Boys versus Pride of Rivers’ tie is slated for the Muhammadu Dikko stadium, Katsina, on Thursday, 4th February, by 4pm.
