Personal Ambitions Must Take Backseat For PDP To Flourish – Saraki Says

ABUJA FCT – As chietains of the the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) gathered on Friday to inaugurate the Peoples Democratic Institute Board of Governors and unveiling of the roadmap, the President of the 8th Senate and two-term governor of the Kwara State, Dr Bukola Saraki has emphasized that for the party to flourish, all personal ambitions must take a backseat for the collective good.

He highlighted that “the strength of our party relies on our unity and shared commitment to solidify our foundation and work toward a brighter future.”

Saraki further stated that “The PDP has a proud legacy and a significant duty to the Nigerian people. It is essential that our actions reflect this responsibility, focusing on the common good rather than individual interests. We must be known as a party dedicated to Nigeria’s progress, rather than a as a party that is known for our internal discord or clashing ambitions.”

“As the PDI continues its activities, I was honoured to have inaugurated the newly formed Board of Governors, composed of leaders of strong character and proven expertise. I am confident that they will provide exceptional guidance—steering our party toward unity, resilience, and a revitalized sense of purpose,” Saraki added.

Saraki who took to his facebook page to disclose this said:
