ABUJA (PRECISE POST) – The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has acknowledged the recent delays encontered by customers in the approval of Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) and access to certain post-incorporation services for Business Names.
In a notice issued to its clients released on the Commission’s official X handle on Thursday, the CAC attributed the challenges to ongoing system optimisation efforts aimed at improving overall service delivery.
“We are aware of the temporary delays in approvals of Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) and in accessing certain Post-Incorporation services for Business Names. These challenges are due to ongoing system optimisation to serve you better,” the statement read.
While assuring customers of its commitment to service, the CAC stated that a complete shutdown of operations was not an option, emphasizing that customer needs remain a top priority.
“We cannot afford a total shutdown, as your needs remain our top priority,” the commission noted.
The CAC further assured customers that the optimisation process is nearing completion and that they will soon enjoy faster, smoother, and hassle-free services.
