By Chris Udochukwu Abuja (Precise Post) – President of the eight senate, Dr Bukola Saraki has tasked ‘The Kwara Class of Honours’ to impact their communities with their various skillsets and to ensure that they work towards the conscientious development of entire Kwara state in particular and the nation in general. Saraki gave the charge while having dinner with the beneficiaries who are in Kwara State and a Zoom Call with those who are currently out-of-state or pursuing programs abroad. The two term Governor of Kwara State disclosed this via his Facebook page on Saturday. Precise Post recalls that “The Kwara Class of Honours” is the name Saraki gave to the group of 72 first-class students from across Kwara State he awarded scholarship five years ago to mark his 54th birthday. According to Saraki, during their testimonials on the impact of our scholarship intervention, he learned that 90% of the Kwara Class of Honours beneficiaries have completed their Master’s programs, while another 30% are currently pursuing Ph.D.’s in Nigeria and abroad. Pay Scholarship Beneficiaries Studying Abroad – Buhari Orders Akpabio

By Francis Etuko Abuja (Precise Post) – Barely 24 hours after the abandoned students protested at the Nigeria High Commission office in London, President, Muhammadu Buhari has ordered the Niger Delta Development Commission to pay its scholarship beneficiaries studying abroad. This directive was contained in a statement titled ‘NDDC invites President Buhari to Commission Signature Project’ and signed by the NDDC Director, Corporate Affairs, Charles Odili, on Tuesday. Odili said Buhari conveyed the directive to the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Godswill Akpabio.
