AWKA (PRECISE POST) – Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu, has urged supporters of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Anambra State to intensify grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Kalu made the call on Thursday in Awka, the Anambra State capital, during a solidarity rally organised by the Tinubu Support Group in support of the President’s re-election bid.
The Deputy Speaker, who disclosed this in a statement posted on his X handle, spoke in his capacity as Deputy Director-General (South II) of the Presidential Campaign Council.
He charged supporters in the state to sustain their commitment, remain actively engaged and strengthen mobilisation efforts to secure victory for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 elections.
According to him, the campaign’s priority is to take the Renewed Hope message to communities across the country, reinforce grassroots political structures and mobilise Nigerians around the vision of a stronger and more prosperous nation.
Kalu said the mobilisation drive had commenced, expressing confidence that sustained engagement with supporters would translate into electoral victory for Tinubu.
He further stressed the need to consolidate the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda and strengthen the APC’s political structures across the South-East ahead of the polls.
The Deputy Speaker urged party supporters to work collectively towards securing what he described as a resounding victory for Tinubu in 2027.
He concluded by rallying supporters around the campaign’s message of unity and determination, declaring that the journey towards victory had begun.
