UYO. – Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno on Friday, inaugurated the 1.1km Spring Road and drainage project in Ikot Ekpene, which will directly benefit Gorretti Girls Secondary School.
Pastor said this project, skillfully completed by Ukeme Peter Eyoh of U&K, highlights his administration’s commitment to empowering youth and building infrastructure that will positively impact our communities
This is also as the Akwa Ibom State Government is set to commission eight road projects, 62 compassionate homes, a model primary health center, and a water reticulation project within the next month.
Governor Eno disclosed this on Friday in a statement released on his verified X account.

Earlier today, I inaugurated the 1.1km Spring Road and drainage project in Ikot Ekpene, which will directly benefit Gorretti Girls Secondary School. This project, skillfully completed by Ukeme Peter Eyoh of U&K, highlights our administration’s commitment to empowering youth and building infrastructure that will positively impact our communities.
Additionally, the Akwa Ibom State Government is set to commission eight road projects, 62 compassionate homes, a model primary health center, and a water reticulation project within the next month. Each senatorial district will benefit from at least two road projects, while two compassionate homes will be built in every local government area across the state. These efforts reflect our dedication to fostering growth and ensuring equitable development across Akwa Ibom State.
