Abuja (Precise Post) – Victor Giadom’s bid to become the acting national chairman of the All Progressives Congress(APC) has been thwarted as the National Working Committee of the party declared the seat of the deputy national secretary of the party vacant.
The APC National Working Committee declared the seat vacant on Wednesday.
According to report, he has resigned since 2018 to contest in Rivers state
Since then, his name has not been resubmitted by APC in the south-south
The Nation reports that the NWC took the decision because Giadom has ceased to be an officer of the party since 2018.
The party said Giadom had resigned in 2018 to serve as the deputy governorship candidate of the APC in Rivers state and he returned to office at the National Secretariat without a fresh nomination by South-South Zone of the party
