Embattled EFCC Boss, Magu Finally Released From Detention

Abuja (Precise Post) – Finally, the Suspended Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ibrahim Magu has regained his freedom.

He was released on Wednesday evening, according to Premium Times.

His release comes more than a week after being arrested and whisked before a special presidential probe panel over corruption allegations.

Magu was has been undergoing interrogation over alleged re-looting of recovered looted funds.

Recall that the Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami had earlier written a memo to President Muhammadu Buhari accusing him of leaving a high-profile lifestyles and insubordination.
