The Senior Special Adviser to former President Goodluck Jonathan said late Mariam Abacha was always in natural hair and local fabrics (tailored to achieve breathtaking results).
He described her as “black, unbleached and beautiful! Poise, panache and confidence. No First Lady before or After was her equal, he added.
