After 6 days AWOL to Abuja, Uzodinma returns to Imo State

Abuja (Precise Post) – After six days “absence without leave” (AWOL) to Abuja, the Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma on Friday returned to the state from Abuja following increasing security worries in the state.

Recall that his country home in Omuma, Oru East Local Government Area was attacked by unknown gunmen seven days ago and properties worth millions of naira was destroyed and security man reportedly shot dead.

There was rumour Uzodimma and other top government officials fled from the state amid rising insecurity.

About 10 persons have been in the state in the last six days. for entrepreneurship and was shot in one of several robbery attacks.

Meanwhile, vehicles meant for the new security outfit in the south-east Ebube Agu have been procured and kept at the government house in Owerri.
