Abuja (Precise Post) – The latest report released by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control on COVID-19 has confirmed that 684 new infections were recorded in Nigeria on Friday.
This report was release through the agency’s official twitter handle.
According to NCDC, with the new confirmed cases, the total number of infections has risen to 23,298 while 8,253 patients have so far been discharged since the index case of the virus in late February.
However, 554 deaths have been recorded, the report added.
